Scholarship Form

I hereby provide my consent and agreement to the terms outlined in the scholarship application form for the Scholarship I’m applying for, by clicking ‘I Agree to the Terms”. By agreeing to this, I confirm that I have filled out the scholarship application form truthfully and to the best of my knowledge, any false claim may disqualify my application.

I understand that this scholarship is awarded based on various criteria, including but not limited to academic performance, extracurricular activities, and financial needs. I acknowledge that the decision of the scholarship committee is final and binding.

I agree to provide any additional documentation or information requested by the scholarship committee to verify the details provided in my application. I understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification from the scholarship selection process.

Furthermore, I consent to the use of my personal information, including but not limited to my name, photograph, and any other details provided in my application, for promotional purposes related to the scholarship program.

I affirm that I meet all the eligibility requirements specified for the Scholarship and that I will abide by any terms and conditions associated with the scholarship if selected as a recipient.
